As of this year, women and gender non-binary students with a 3.2 GPA can apply for a + $7000 Mills-BayTech Promise scholarship. Eligible students may also transfer from College of Alameda to Mills College through a Joint Admission Guarantee. Those students can begin earning credits towards a Mills College bachelor’s degree while they are working on their community college associate degrees. These students can also receive targeted educational and mentoring services as well as academic and career counseling, financial aid scholarship workshops, tutoring, and other support both during the school year and over the summer. “We’re excited to increase access to college for all students, especially students from the East Bay, who are bringing their talents, energy, and ideas to our campus,” says Elizabeth L.
