Future City Club
We would like to invite the BayTech middle school students to participate in Future City Club – an activity where kids explore answers to the question “How can we make the world a better place?” Students will imagine, research, study, and design solutions to real-world challenges through the use of the city simulation game, SimCity – and build a 3D model of their city.
Black History Month Celebration

On Friday, February 5, Bay Area Technology School held their annual Black History Month Celebration. The celebration was hosted by Ms.Ilochi, a sixth grade teacher at Baytech. To kick off the celebration, a poem called “Freedom Walk” was recited by Berlin Contreras (6th Grade).
MLK Oratorical Regional Competition
We are proud to announce twelfth grader, Tatiana Aikens, as the winner of the MLK Oratorical Regional Competition winner. The competition was held on Tuesday, February 9th, and she received first place in the Original Poetry Performance category!
